Many people have been asking for a definitive list of what we do or our responsibilities within the United Freedom Fighters Leadership Council.
Let me first start off with the generalized responsibility of every Leader in the UFF. It is our job's to coincide with the member's of the clan. We have to put a balance between the members and people within the clan and the Movement itself.
For those that do not know what a "Movement" is exactly I'll clarify it here.

Many of the definitions would seem to fit UFF. Our manner in clanning, the progressive history we have and our ability to evolve and continue Free clanning for all in organic relation with one another. To slim it down ; The particular manner in which we choose and agree upon following to clan within the Runescape game.
While balancing Movement and Member we also MUST help those whom do not understand the UFF Movement and it's values. It is our foremost responsibility to ensure that the members and the movement go together and move forward together. We cannot simply drop the movement for the members entirely because this clan is NOT just a clan , it follows a movement. If someone wants a plain old RS clan , let them find one. Multi-clanning is permitted with the EXCEPTION of Multi-clanning with a Requirement clan as this is what we stand against. As was demonstrated through the incident with Dokimos , we mustn't put the values or movement before the individual member. One member DOES make up the clan. Each individual is ONE MEMBER and makes up a collective of equal minded individuals here for the goal and cause of Free clanning. So yes it is important to balance the two. Its important that we guide our members and tutor them in the cause before they are truly recognized as dedicated members of the United Freedom Fighters clan and Movement.
We also must recognize our ability to respond and enact in a manner that is respectable and reflects the clan. This is a general given as all members of the United Freedom Fighters must act within a respectable manner towards each other and other clans alike. Even if the other clan is a Requirement clan , we do not have to disrespect them just because our views are against there idea's of requirement clanning.
We must demonstrate unity within the UFF Council at all times. UFF Council was set up for discussion and enacting as a group of individuals to prevent Over-lording , Dictatorship and Friction withing the clan. The balance of the Council must not be put in a position whereas to threaten the Movement in any way shape or form. UFF is meant to be Unified , The council is nothing less than a Unified Guidance System set up to lead and provide exemplary example of the United way.
Minor decisions such as enacting on a ban or appointing Chat Monitors and such are perfectly acceptable within good thought. Meaning we shall not put someone whom is not responsible enough to act maturely into a position such as a Chat Monitor whom would use that to abuse his responsibility such as kicking people and members from the Clan Chat without reasonable and substantial evidence or cause. Nor shall we ban members without reasonable or substantial cause.
While Activity within UFF is not required. Leaders accept a responsibility to be there for the clan and active within the clan communications and game itself when they accept recognition of being such as a Leader. Departure from activity and or Severe Inactivity can be resolved by placing that Leader on "Hiatus" for a reasonable time. Coming back two years after disappearing without a word is unacceptable. We won't be waiting for you at that point and the remaining council shall have recognized someone else for the position.

Clan Leader: Head Figure of the UFF Clan and Movement. Held with the highest responsibility for the Clan and Movement. Has been recognized for his dedications , experience and willingness to work with both Member and Clan itself.
Keeps internal operations Within UFF at optimal performance .
Ensures that the Movement and Members are working in Cohesion and moving forward.
Hold's Diplomatic Relations. May find Allies and present candidates to the Council.
Can Find a possible war candidate and declare war with Council Consensus.
Ability to recognize members within Council Consensus.
Work with Allied Leadership in matters of Joint Disciplinary Actions and maintains stable relations with Allies.
Can make and Lead UFF Event's as every other member can.
Can make and Lead Official UFF Event's as every other member of the Council.
Can Lead an Official war in the Absence of Wilderness Marshall or Upon General agreement.

Deputy Clan Leader:Assists in the Duties of the Clan Leader.

Has been recognized for his dedications , experience and willingness to work with both Member and Clan itself.
Keeps internal operations Within UFF at optimal performance .
Ensures that the Movement and Members are working in Cohesion and moving forward.
Hold's Diplomatic Relations. May find Allies and present candidates to the Council.

Work with Allied Leadership in matters of Events and Dates and Assist in stable relations with Allies.
Can make and Lead UFF Event's as every other member can.
Can make and Lead Official UFF Event's as every other member of the Council.
Leads an Official war.
